Terms of Service
Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. Agreement
These Terms govern use of Goगोदाम (“the Service”) by the business that creates an account (“you”, “the merchant”) and the team members it invites. By creating an account or connecting a channel you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
2. The Service
Goगोदाम is AI-powered sales automation for businesses: a unified inbox and AI sales agent across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and web chat, together with lead management, inventory, orders, delivery booking, and billing tools. The Service acts on your behalf when it sends messages, generates replies, and manages catalog or order data connected to your account.
3. Accounts, roles, and responsibilities
You must provide accurate business information and keep your login credentials confidential. Team members you invite are assigned a role — owner, admin, agent, or viewer — that determines what they can do; you are responsible for the actions taken under every account on your business, including team members you invite. Only an owner can delete the business or transfer ownership.
4. Third-party platform permissions
The Service only functions by connecting to messaging and productivity platforms on your behalf. Each connection below is optional, requested explicitly when you connect that platform from Settings, and revocable at any time — either by disconnecting it in the Service or by revoking access directly with the platform. This table lists every permission we request, the data it gives us access to, and the actions it lets us take.
Meta — Facebook Login.
- public_profile — your Facebook name and profile picture, used to identify the account connecting to the Service.
- openid — a Facebook-issued identifier used to sign you in without a separate password.
Meta — Facebook Pages.
- pages_show_list — the list of Facebook Pages you manage, so you can choose which one to connect.
- pages_manage_metadata — subscribe your Page to message and event webhooks, and read Page settings needed to operate the integration.
- pages_messaging — send and receive Facebook Messenger messages on behalf of the connected Page.
Meta — Instagram.
- instagram_business_basic — basic profile information for the Instagram professional account linked to your connected Page.
- instagram_business_manage_messages — send and receive Instagram Direct messages on behalf of that account.
- instagram_manage_comments — read and manage comments on your Instagram posts, reserved for future comment-triage features; not yet active in the Service.
Meta — WhatsApp and Business Manager.
- whatsapp_business_messaging — send and receive WhatsApp Business messages on behalf of your connected number.
- whatsapp_business_management — manage your WhatsApp Business Account settings, including product catalog sync.
- business_management — see and act on the Business Manager assets (Pages, WhatsApp Business Accounts, catalogs) you grant us access to when connecting a channel.
- Business Asset User Profile Access — see which business assets you have access to, to populate the channel picker during setup.
We store the resulting access tokens encrypted at rest and use them solely to send and receive messages and sync catalog data for your business — never for any other Page, account, or business.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to sell illegal goods, send unsolicited bulk messages outside a platform’s messaging policies, impersonate another business, or attempt to access another tenant’s data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section or a connected platform’s own policies (Meta’s Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy).
6. Payments and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Plan limits (AI reply volume, team seats, features) are enforced as described on the pricing page; exceeding a limit may pause the affected feature until you upgrade or the next billing period starts. Payment gateway transaction fees, where applicable, are disclosed at checkout.
7. Your data and end-customer data
You own the business, catalog, and conversation data you and your team enter into the Service. When your end customers message you through a connected channel, you are the data controller for that conversation and are responsible for honoring their privacy requests; we act as your processor and provide the tools (deleting leads and conversations) to help you do so.
8. Data retention and deletion
Full detail on what is retained, what is deleted, and on what timeline is in our Data Deletion page. In summary: requesting deletion places your business into a 7-day recoverable state, after which we permanently delete the business and every team member, conversation, and record cascading from it.
9. Service availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the Service evolves; material changes affecting your plan will be announced in the dashboard.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your business at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of Section 5, non-payment, or at a connected platform’s request when required to keep our own platform access in good standing.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service, including AI-generated replies, is provided “as is”. AI output can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing automated replies where accuracy is critical. To the extent permitted by law, Goगोदाम is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
13. Changes and contact
We will update these Terms as the Service evolves and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard. Questions: privacy@gogodaam.com.
